Our company wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or you have a change of mind we will offer an online store credit for the item/s so that you can select another product that is more suitable.
Returns are processed within seven days after receiving your returns. You will be issued with an in-store credit to choose another product.
Please note we will only accept exchanges if:
- They are returned within 7 days from date received.
- Are in original condition with tags, outer protection and have not been used damaged or marked in anyway.
- Goods returned that are not in original condition will not be accepted and returned to sender.
How to return
Refund for faulty or incorrectly supplied item/s.
- Download our returns form and send with product. Please (click exchange product return form)
- We do not cover the cost of returning products unless it is a manufacturing fault or incorrectly sent.
- When returning an item please use a traceable method e.g. registered post or courier, so that you are protected, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Your return product will be given as a store credit, excluding the shipping cost of exchange. This credit can then be used for your replacement item/s and you just cover the re-shipping cost.
- We do not except COD postal returns.
Authorisation number must be obtained for a refund return.

This must accompany any return/s. Refunds will be issued to the method you used to pay for this item including the return postage cost.
